  • Salerno Lake is located south of Irondale Ontario close to the Peterbough/Haliburton County boundary line
  • co-ordinates: Lat.44° 51′ 34″ Long. 78° 29′ 07″
  • this long narrow lake has its deepest water in the south end where it reaches 40’+. The average depth is 20′
  • the shorelines are very steep and quickly drop into 20′ of water. There is some weed growth in the south end and in the necks connecting the narrow basins
  • water flows into the lake on the south end from White Lake and exits the north end at the Salerno Dam flowing into the Irondale River
  • Salerno Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 15
