Salerno Lake is located south of Irondale Ontario close to the Peterbough/Haliburton County boundary line
co-ordinates: Lat.44° 51′ 34″ Long. 78° 29′ 07″
this long narrow lake has its deepest water in the south end where it reaches 40’+. The average depth is 20′
the shorelines are very steep and quickly drop into 20′ of water. There is some weed growth in the south end and in the necks connecting the narrow basins
water flows into the lake on the south end from White Lake and exits the north end at the Salerno Dam flowing into the Irondale River
Salerno Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 15
