  • Kasshabog Lake is located north of Havelock along County Rd. 46 and east of the Petroglyphs Provincial Park in Peterborough County
  • this irregular shaped lake is dotted with dozens of islands and shoals, channels, drop offs, weed beds and bays
  • the North River enters the lake on the north east end at MacDonald Bay and exits via a dam on the south side. Water levels are regulated by the Crowe Valley Conservation Authority. A draw down occurs in the fall
    the maximum depth reaches 80`
  • there is a gravel based public launch off of Blue Mountain Rd. 9 on the southeast side and another one at the end of Peninsula Rd. which runs along the south side of MacDonald Bay
  • Kasshabog Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 15
