Arnold’s Bay and Moon River Bay are located within the Parry Sound District and are part of the Moon River drainage basin
the prime walleye times occur at the season openner to early July and again in the fall. While there is a resident population, many of the larger Moon River walleye migrate out towards Georgian Bay. The narrows between Arnold’s and
Moon River Bay is a good place to intercept them
the Moon River Falls area is a sanctuary area for a period in the spring
Arnold’s Bay and Moon River Bay are located within Fisheries Management Zone 14
