• Toad Lake, part of the Pickerel River system is located west of Port Loring Ontario in the Parry Sound District
• maximum depths reach 60′ +
• the lake offers a variety of fish holding structure and cover including points, bays, islands, shoals, rubble shorelines,weed beds and submerged logs and stumps
• you can boat into Little Long Lake via a shallow channel just east of the public access point
• major fish species include walleye, northern pike, large and smallmouth bass
• the Pickerel River system has been regularly stocked with walleye
• Toad Lake is situated within Fisheries Management Zone 15
