Lorimer Lake is located on the west side of Hwy. 124 north of McKellar in the Parry Sound District
co-ordinates: Lat. 45° 32′ 41″ Long. 79° 57′ 31″
Lorimer is primarily a cottage lake. It is long and narrow and reaches depths in excess of 80′
there are many shallow weedy bays providing good cover for bass and pike
there are a series of islands which dot the lake from one end to the other
fish holding structure include narrows, points, shoals, rubble shorelines and steep drop offs
Lorimer Lake is situated within Fisheries Management Zone 15
