  • Longbow Lake is located approx. 13 km. east of Kenora Ontario on the south side of Hwy. 17A
  • co-ordinates: Lat. 49° 43′ 11″ Long. 94° 18′ 27″
  • Longbow Lake provides an access to Lake of the Woods from its southwest corner by means of an electric conveyor boat lift
  • the eastern section of the lake reaches depths of 80′
  • the lake has a variety of structure and cover including shallow weedy bays, points, narrows, submerged humps, rock rubble shoreline stretches, islands, quick and shallow tapering drop offs
  • boat launching facilities are located on the east end of the lake just off of Longbow Lake Road
  • Longbow Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 5
