Tomiko Lake is located north of Sturgeon Falls Ontario in the District of Nipissing
co-ordinates: Lat. 46° 31′ 49″ Long. 79° 49′ 28″
the Mosquito Creek and the Tomiko River flow into the lake with the latter providing good spawning habitat for walleye. It is a sanctuary area in the spring
the Tomiko River flows out of the lake on the west end
while the lake reaches depths of 80′, the average depth is 25′
the perimeter of the lake is 55 km (34 miles)
the surface area is 1,819 hectares (4,496 acres)
a public access point is located along Tomiko Lake Road
Tomiko Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 11
