  • two major rivers (the Foch and Obakamiga) flow into the lake
    the Nagagami River exits the lake on the northeast side of the lake
  • Nagagami Lake consists of three sections: a shallower eastern portion (to 40′), a deeper western portion (to 90′) and a northern section (to 70′)
  • this kidney shaped lake has a perimeter of 52 km (33 miles)
  • the surface area of the lake is 5,362 hectares (13,251 acres)
