• Nagagami Lake is located 29 km northwest of the town of Hornepayne Ontario in the District of Algoma. A fly-in from Hornepayne is your best option for accessing the lake

• two major rivers (the Foch and Obakamiga) flow into the lake
  the Nagagami River exits the lake on the northeast side of the lake
• Nagagami Lake consists of three sections: a shallower eastern portion (to 40′), a deeper western portion (to 90′) and a northern section (to 70′)
• this kidney shaped lake has a perimeter of 52 km (33 miles)
• the surface area of the lake is 5,362 hectares (13,251 acres)
• the lake has a wide variety of structure and cover including gently sloping bottoms, quick drop offs, points, island clusters, rocky shorelines, shoals, weedbeds, current flows and weed lines(especially along the eastern basin shoreline
• Nagagami Lake is located in Fisheries Management Zone 7
