  • Herridge Lake is located south of the town of Temagami on the west side of Hwy.11 in the District of Nipissing
  • co-ordinates: Lat. 46° 58′ 57″ Long. 79° 49′ 30″
  • the lake is approx. 6.4 km (4 miles) in length and has a perimeter of 22 km (13.8 miles)
  • the maximum depth reaches over 125′
  • the lake features a wide array of structure and cover including irregular shorelines, islands, rock piles, shoals narrows, bays and inlets (some of which contain weed beds)
  • a couple of private resorts on the lake have launching facilities for a fee
  • beware of rocks just below the surface on this lake
  • the major fish species include smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike and whitefish
  • Herridge Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 11
