the lake reaches maximum depths of 59′
the perimeter of the lake is 18.4 km (11.5 miles)
the surface area is 4,933 hectares (12,184 acres)
this long and narrow lake consists of two sections connected by a short narrows
there is a variety of structure including shoals, rock piles, points, islands, quick and gradual drop offs
8 creeks flow into the lake and these are areas to focus on for pike and walleye
access to the lake is by portage along the Caribou Creek to the south end of the lake
the major fish species include pike, walleye, smallmouth bass, lake trout, perch and whitefish
