• Anima Nipissing Lake is located west of the town of Latchford Ontario in the District of Temiskaming
• co-ordinates: Lat. 47° 15′ 34″ Long. 79° 54′ 22″
• Anima Nipissing Lake is a deep clear cold water Canadian Shield lake
  while the lake reaches maximum depths of 250′, the average depth is 45′
• the lake consists of several basins connected by shallower narrows
• there is a wide variety of structure and cover typical of many lakes in the area.
• Rock piles, islands, shoals, underwater humps, saddles, rubble shoreline, points, quick drop offs, beaver houses, submerged logs and stumps provide endless fishing opportunities
• a public access point is located at the end of the Anima Nipissing Access Road (just south of Latchford)
• Anima Nipissing Lake sits within Fisheries Management Zone 11
