Spectacle Lake is located on the south side of Hwy. 60 west of Barry’s Bay Ontario in Renfrew County
co-ordinates: Lat. 45° 32′ Long. 77° 52′
Spectacle Lake reaches depths of 35’+
pencil reeds, submerged logs, stumps and rocks can be found in near shore areas. The lake is tree lined
the lake has been regularly stocked with splake creating a put and take fishery. There are some nice underwater humps and points adjacent to deeper water that are splake magnets
a public boat launch is located off of Spectacle Lake Road on the north end of the lake
Spectacle Lake is situated within Fisheries Management Zone 15
