Purdy Lake is located along Hwy. 62 west of the village of Combermere in northern Hastings County
co-ordinates: Lat. 45° 20′ 34″ Long. 77° 44′ 00″
Purdy Creek flows into the lake on the northwest side and exits the lake on the east side on its way to Kamaniskeg Lake
the lake reaches depths of 90’+
the surface area of the lake is 134.5 hectares
pencil reeds can be found in the near shore shallows
there are shoreline stretches of rocks and boulders as well as rocky points. The lake is tree lined and submerged logs can be found in the shallows
