  • Lake Clear is located south of Eganville Ontario in Renfrew County
  • co-ordinates: Lat. 45° 26′ 28″ Long. 77° 11′ 25″
  • while the lake reaches depth of 140′, the average depth is 35′
    in the early 1990’s walleye were stocked and that, along with tighter regulations, have helped improve the quality of the fishery
  • lake trout fishing has also improved following a major decline in the 70’s and 80’s. A stocking program and better conservation measures are largely responsible
    there are several resorts around the lake that offer accommodations and launching facilities
  • Lake Clear is located within Fisheries Management Zone 15
