• the perimeter of the lake is 40.9 km. (25.6 miles)
• there are 6 minor inflows including the narrows at the north end of the lake coming in from Little Redstone Lake
• water exits the lake at the south end via the East Redstone Dam
• a public concrete boat launch is located at the end of Redstone Lake Road
• the major fish species include lake trout, smallmouth bass, whitefish, cisco (lake herring) and perch
• Redstone Lake is located in Fisheries Management Zone 15
