Lake Facts:
Little Hawk Lake is located north of Carnarvon Ontario on the east side of Hwy. 35 in Haliburton County
co-ordinates: Lat. 45° 09′ 05″ Long. 78° 42′ 25″
the lake consists of 2 basins connected by a narrows. Water flows out of the lake on the southwest side via a narrows into Big Hawk Lake
the lake reaches maximum depths of 280′
there is a lot of near shore structure and cover around this lake including rock rubble stretches, stumps and submerged logs with weeds and reeds in the shallows
a good concrete public boat launch is located on the south end of the lake at the end of Hawk Lake Road
there is a chance of catching brook trout in the north end of the lake where 6 streams flow into the lake
Little Hawk Lake is located within the boundaries of Fisheries Management Zone 15
