• co-ordinates: Lat. 44° 59′ 44″ Long. 78° 35′ 22″
• the lake is the largest of a chain of lakes which includes Canning, Soyers, Grass and Head Lake
• while the average depth is 42′, the maximum depths reach 130′
• the perimeter of Kashagawigamog is 34 km. (21.4 miles)
• a public boat launch is located along South Kashagawigamog Lake Road as well as another on the south side of Head Lake at the town of Haliburton
• Kashagawigamog Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 15
