  • Drag Lake is located just east of the town of Haliburton Ontario
  • co-ordinates: Lat. 45° 04′ 10″ Long. 78° 24′ 22″
  • the Drag River flows into the lake on the east end and exits via a dam on the west
  • while the lake reaches depths of 180′, the average depth is 59′
  • this clean, clear and cold water lake has good inshore and deep water rocky structure suitable for lake trout and smallmouth bass
  • there is a good concrete public boat launch off of Jones Drive on the southwest side of the lake
  • Drag Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 15
