  • Lavallee Lake is located along Lower Faraday Road south of Bancroft Ontario in Hastings County
  • co-ordinates: Lat. 44° 57′ Long. 77° 56′
  • a couple of streams flow into the lake and one exits the southwest end
  • the perimeter of the lake is 8.3 km (5.2 miles)
  • while the lake reaches depths of 102′, the average depth is 43′
  • a public boat launch is located off of Lower Faraday Road at the bridge which crosses an outflowing creek on the southwest side of the lake
  • the lake is a fish sanctuary during the winter and spring in order to protect the population of naturally reproducing lake trout
  • Lavallee Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 15
