• Jack’s Lake is located near the town of Apsley, Ontario in Peterborough County
• co-ordinates: Lat. 44° 41′ 41″ Long. 78° 02′ 08″
• the lake consists of 2 distinct sections connected by a narrows at Rathbun Bay
• the lake reaches depths in excess of 160′
• a public boat launch is situated on the north side of the lake just off of Jack’s Lake Road
• black crappie have become a well established population over the past decade
• prime muskie fishing occurs in the fall with fish in the 10-20 lb plus range caught regularly
• Jack’s Lake is situated within the boundaries of Fisheries Management Zone 15
