  • Crystal Lake is located south east of Kinmount Ontario (and north of Bobcaygeon) in the northern portion of Peterborough County
    the lake has an irregular shape and consists of several basins connected by narrows
  • while the lake reaches depths of 108′, the average depth is 63′
  • there is a wide variety of cover including submerged logs and stumps, weeds and lily pad beds in the shallows as well as deep milfoil beds. Structural features include fast drop offs, points, underwater humps, islands and narrows
  • the lake has been stocked with lake trout and walleye in the past
  • major fish species include small and largemouth bass, walleye, lake trout and whitefish
  • Crystal Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 15
