• co-ordinates: Lat. 44° 46′ Long. 78° 17′
  Bottle Lake is situated within the Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park at the southern end of the Canadian Shield
• the lake reaches depths of 72’+
• the perimeter is 10.5 km (6.6 miles)
• fishing for smallmouth bass is quite productive along the lake’s rocky shoreline and around the 2 islands.
• Points and drop offs are productive as well
• a naturally reproducing lake trout fishery has dropped off over the years resulting in the introduction of a sanctuary period
• Bottle Lake is situated within Fisheries Management Zone 15
