• Mackie Lake is located off of Schooner Road north of Plevna Ontario in Frontenac County
• co-ordinates: Lat. 45° 04′ 38″ Long. 76° 59′ 18″
• the lake consists of 2 basins connected by a narrows. The north basin reaches maximum depths of 75′. The average depth of the lake is 28′
• the perimeter of the lake is 11 km (7 miles)
• there are at least 6 streams flowing into the lake. Water exits the north end via Mackie Creek and flows toward the Schooner Lakes
• the lake is regularly stocked with lake trout
• permits are required for parking and camping at the lake
• an access point is located on the north end off of Schooner Road
• Mackie Lake is found within Fisheries Management Zone 18
