  • while the lake reaches maximum depths of 37′, the average depth is approx. 19′
  • the perimeter of the lake is 2.8 km (1.8 miles)
  • there are 3 public camp sites on the lake
  • the lake has been regularly stocked with splake
  • in earlier years the lake had a population of lake, rainbow and brook trout but these species have largely disappeared
  • a public access point is located on the east side of the lake off of the Hydro Lane
  • Granite Lake is situated within Fisheries Management Zone 18
  • permits are needed to use the camp sites and park roads
